Their First Year
March marked Makayla's first birthday – which meant a celebration for her, but also, a celebration of successfully navigating the first year of parenting. With a few outfits on hand, we got started. In matching tulle dresses, this momma and daughter duo did great. Laughs, smiles, and some overall stunning portraits. Between fun pop music, and a squeaky toy on the camera, we kept this cute girl's attention easily for nearly an hour. She was an absolute gem.
Tamyra is a teacher and we bonded over pandemic-related learning challenges. She was looking to build her modeling portfolio and this studio session added some great variety. This motherhood moment was gorgeous from beginning to end.
